# 2 Choose France Education Fair in Lahore and Karachi
The Embassy of France in Pakistan is organizing the 2nd Edition of Choose France Education Fair on the 17th and 19 October 2023
France and Pakistan have long-standing ties in higher education and a large number of Pakistani scientists, engineers, economists, business leaders, entrepreneurs and public sector officials have been trained in France over the last many decades.
The Embassy of France in Pakistan is organising this Choose France Education Fair in Lahore and Karachi through its Cooperation and Cultural Affairs department, in collaboration with local universities and alumni.
12x top notch French universities are participating in this precious exhibition.
This Education Fair is a part of continued effort to broaden higher education opportunities for the Pakistani students in France and to encourage bilateral cooperation.
