Financial Times Ranking: the best business schools are French!
The Financial Times has just published its annual ranking of the best business schools, largely dominated by French Institutions.
The 2019 ranking of the Financial Times puts France in an excellent position this year: more than a quarter of the distinguished teams are French and HEC Paris is once again becoming the best European Business School.
From Top 100 ----- 26 are French Business Schools
Three French Institutions are in top ten:
1- HEC Paris
2- INSEAD
3- ESSEC Business School.
Three other institutions are present in the Top 20: ESCP Europe, Edhec Business School and EM Lyon Business School.
Next come: Grenoble Ecole de management, Kedge BS, Audencia Nantes, Skema Business School, NEOMA Business School, Rennes School of Business, Toulouse Business School, IÉSEG School of Business, IAE Aix-Marseille, Montpellier Business School, ICN Business School, IMT Business School, Essca School of Management, La Rochelle Business School, EM Normandie, Burgundy School of Business, EM Strasbourg, ISC Paris, Université Paris-Dauphine and the ESC Clermont Group.
Management Studies: French Excellence
This year's Financial Times ranking once again confirms the excellence of French higher education in management and business training.
A strict methodology and criteria
To establish its 2019 ranking, the Financial Times analysed 106 management training courses in 27 countries, mainly in Europe, which host more than 30,000 students. The selected schools must be accredited by AACSB or Equis. The ranking is based on information collected through two separate surveys, from business schools and, most importantly, from the graduates themselves. Some twenty criteria make it possible to draw up the final ranking, including professional integration, remuneration, mobility of graduates, the academic level of the school, its level of internationalisation, as well as the rate of feminisation of training.
